At Pumps, we want you to step out in confidence; if your new footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the signature designer packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the shoes in their original box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous markings.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
